There are multiple remakes of Assassin's Creed games currently in development, and Ubisoft is aiming to release more games in the series on a regular basis. In a Q&A session with Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot, he confirmed that remakes of older Assassin's Creed games are coming, saying, "Players can be excited about some remakes, which will allow us to revisit some of the games we've created in the past and modernize them; there are worlds in some of our older Assassin's Creed games that are still extremely rich." The first game in the Halo series, Halo: Combat Evolved, is reportedly being considered for a release on PlayStation 5. According to The Verge, Microsoft is working on some sort of remaster of Halo: Combat Evolved. It's reportedly part of Microsoft's multiplatform strategy, Project Latitude, and the company is considering placing it on rival platforms. PlayStation 5 is one obvious option here, but that could potentially mean Nintendo Switch as well. It appears that players may soon be able to play as Ghostface, the recurring villain of the Scream franchise, sometime in the near future. Team Fortress 2 is approaching the age of your typical high-school graduate, but its still-vibrant community has a lot to say about its future. Now, the game's Steam Recent Reviews rating has dropped to "Mostly Negative" following a flood of thumbs-down reviews from players who are sick of its ongoing bot issues. These negative reviews are part of a community effort called "Fix TF2," which started on June 3. The effort's site claims that the game has been "nearly unplayable" for the past five years because its official servers are overrun by cheating bots that instant-headshot any player they encounter. After all, this particular series is set in the final days of the franchise's High Republic era, bringing this period to live-action for the very first time.
