Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon And Army Of The Dead Share A Story Universe

Since departing the DC Universe, director Zack Snyder has brought his energy and focus back into original projects such as Army of the Dead and the upcoming Rebel Moon, both for Netflix. While it might seem that the two films have nothing in common aside from the filmmaker, they are actually part of a bigger shared universe.

Talking to Total Film, Snyder revealed that Rebel Moon--which started as a failed Star Wars pitch--shares ties with Army of the Dead, his post-apocalyptic, zombie-filled heist film, but not in the way you might think.

"Army of the Dead has a pretty vast mythology that never made it into the movie," Snyder explains, via GamesRadar. "There's actually a character from Rebel Moon in the Army of the Dead animated series that we never did."Continue Reading at GameSpot

Next Like A Dragon Is A Pirate Adventure Starring Starring Majima

Sega and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio have revealed the next Like a Dragon game, and this time, everyone's favorite Yakuza loose cannon Goro Majima will be the star of it. Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii will see an amnesiac Majima reinvent himself as a pirate captain searching for a legendary treasure, an adventure that will see him cross swords with Hawaiian pirate gangs. The first trailer doesn't show much in terms of gameplay, but it does give a good look at Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii's cast, the actors voicing them, and a release date of February 28, 2025. During the RGG Summit, producer Ryosuke Horii explained that the spin-off has a "very different" battle design when compared to the recent mainline games that use a turn-based RPG game.
